can slice bread and prosciutto
Forget the ham on thinly sliced ham
the speed is slow, with less pressure on the sausage, the slice thickness will readjust itself. so you start at 0.2mm and in 2-3 slices you have 0.6mm
I've been testing for 2 months and I'm tired of cleaning up a lot of waste. a good slice of ham is rather exceptional, I'm going to sell it to bazos as a slice of bread.
