I have not seen a worse vacuum cleaner, some parts of the product description are untrue, it never lived up to what was written that it could accomplish. A vacuum cleaner for 500, - CZK will do more work than this one. When I bought the vacuum cleaner over a year ago it had no reviews, who should have known it would be such "garbage".

We had a CP3000 model that started to misbehave with steaming. That's why we bought Rowenta RY8561WH from which we expected a lot for its price and based on a lot of positive reviews, however, it was a big disappointment, the steaming was absolutely tristic and even worse than the old CP3000. It may have been a faulty piece, however we returned the Rowenta within the 14 day period and tried to get this CP3010. We were scared of it because of the negative reviews, but we thought why not give it a try. The price of 2 250 CZK was really tempting. After unpacking and plugging in, I was absolutely thrilled with the device for its price. Compared to the Rowenta, which was twice as expensive this model steams absolutely perfectly, although it doesn't have a removable steaming unit with so many accessories, but it works and works as it should! The removable unit on the Rowenta was nothing special. Compared to the Rowenta and CP3000, this model looks more robust and handles perfectly. As a floor covering we have light PVC everywhere on which the wheels do not leave any smudges. The only pity is that the water container is much smaller compared to the CP3000, but again, e.g. with Rowenta has a container on the same level.

A handle lock would be better with the opposite operation - the handle lock has to be moved for the steam to work. I would have appreciated more a solution that would just latch the pair button with this fuse and thus not have to hold the pair button all the time
