I pulled out the screw stuck in the tire, the first penetration with the drill was an Olympic feat, then I pushed it in and out until it was easy, as the manual says. I pulled the wick through the saddle (I helped myself with my overalls, otherwise it was impossible, it was very sticky), I applied the vulcanizing solution. I pushed the shaft into the tyre (I had to exert quite a lot of force too), shot, pulled the shaft out without the wick, sat on the back and that was it. In less than 10 minutes. I cut off the squeezing part, inflated the tire and took off.

Everything you need (rear wheel of the bike repaired), I just took a pair of pliers and a cutter.
Vulcanizing fluid.
I don't know yet, I've put about 250km on the repaired bike and it seems ok so far. If it's got a slow puncture, it's a very slow puncture, and I'll finish the season on it.
