Lots of parts, but no function. The description is completely misleading. The only thing that holds them on the surface is the adhesive wheel - the "screw" just holds the useless parts together, but it doesn't help the hook stay on the wall. It's not a suction cup with a tightener like I thought, just a glue stick.
