The steps are really stable and because they are made of stainless steel, they are also quite heavy – not suitable for carrying by weaker individuals. Assembly is simple, and no component was missing.
Really robust and stable design, nothing wobbles or bends.
The feet of the steps have plastic caps at the ends, which adapt to the slope of the ground/floor.
Stainless steel – after our experience with a galvanised frame that rusted after a few years, this promises to be much more durable.
After about a month, a longitudinal crack appeared on one of the plastic steps. It doesn't prevent use for now, but if it gets worse, I'll make a warranty claim. However, I have no idea how I'll send it back to Alza, whether they'll want the whole thing or just the one step.
