I have owned this coffee maker for about a year now, overall I am completely satisfied with it, we use it in the caravan for travelling. Its versatility for different brands of tablets is perfect and when you get tired you just put ground coffee. A minor drawback is the little space under the milk frother. under automatic you put a smaller cup and under manual also but when you froth a full cup of milk and c time you do not turn off the milk simply overflows because the cup does not have enough space to pull it out easily. But again, it is one of the few that has a pressure of 20bar and I have tested, for example, coffee from Dolce Gusto and this coffee machine tastes completely different than their coffee machines because they have a max of 15bar.

Milk doesn't froth, I've given up. I thought it was a mistake on my part- it's not. If it automatically froths the milk itself, for example for a cappuccino, that's once every few dozen uses, but not even that anymore.
When you choose a cappuccino, you get a teaspoon of coffee, so you have to go through the whole heating process about 2 more times to "allow" the coffee in. It's possible that it's my fault here and I haven't figured out how to adjust the quantity on this kind of coffee, but it probably can't.
Compared to other coffee makers, it drips into the grid really a lot, constantly pouring.
I don't know how it's possible, but I keep getting puddles of water under my coffee maker. After researching it, I'm sure it's not because I've accidentally poured something in there all the time: )
