It works well, it's tiny and you can hardly see it in the base after registration it's a free tariff for about 14 days
then you have to subscribe for half a year in advance about 130kc/month directly with the company that runs it.
I'd take it if you got a text message that the car was moving. maybe there's a tariff that offers it, I haven't found out yet
