This is the third time I have sent this backpack to Alza for a complaint. Each time the claim was settled with a new piece, each time the zipper came undone. If you don't want to enjoy the endless claim cycle and the adrenaline rush caused by the ever-present possibility of your backpack completely opening up and releasing all your valuables onto the pavement behind you, don't even consider it.
