The one plus point mentioned above says it all. We used to have one of those rocket-shaped aspirators from Tesla, but it broke and had a tiny collection cup; you had to clean it constantly. This one is amazing. It lights up and plays music, which is a bonus, of course, but most importantly, it has great suction. My little one can even use it himself – he just switches it on and off, no problem. It's quiet; setting 3 clears a runny nose with no effort, and settings 4–5 tackle that thick mucus from deep inside. It's powerful and fantastic. We're actually buying a second one since we have two kids. One to take with us or to the grandparents' for when they're babysitting, and the other for home, for when one child is away but both are ill :) For this price, it's simply flawless.
