I seriously caution against buying this printer. Alza THOUGHLY includes (in the advice and guides section) a Mac manual for this printer. A normal person would conclude that it can connect to an Apple computer running macOS. I can't. But you will find out only after plugging in and pouring inks (that is, if you follow exactly the steps in the manual that is printed with the printer). And then Alza refuses to take the printer back! So first Alza misleads you, and then they make excuses that they won't take the printer back because the inks are already there. BUT, without this, you can't even start the printer - and thus find out that Canon hasn't released Mac drivers for this printer at all. So, on the one hand, it's an error on Canon's side (there is a link to download the installers in the manual, but there are no installers on the link. ), and then a mistake in the description on Alza, where in the end they make a dead bug and take it as already "used goods". I've been shopping on Alza regularly for years, but this one really pissed me off. The money's gone. And then there's the stupid talk on Alza service support that there's nothing about AirPrint. But I knew that and I don't use AirPrint. For me, it was a USB cable connection.
