They brought me another washing machine, and it’s doing exactly the same as the last one. It’s as if they’re testing me to see which ones work and which ones don’t. Right from the start, the washing machine has been trying to do something, but the time still hasn't changed. It freezes after 10 minutes, and that's it. I'm fed up with not having a washing machine. And I’m unable to replace your broken washing machines during the week.
I tried two. Neither of them worked properly; at the end of the wash cycle, they froze for an indefinite period of time. I’ll never buy anything from that brand again.
Take care, if ALZA is installing the washing machine for you, then make sure they remove the plastic tubes with the locking screws. They didn't do that to me, they put on some short program and left. When the washer tried to spin, the drum was hitting the tubes like crazy, I had to manually stop it, disassemble the washer and finish unpacking and remove the appropriate plastic tubes according to the instructions.
