We have had the washing machine for a week and so far so good. Especially the steam wash, where I can hang the clothes out and they are not hard like a regular washing machine. Very quiet. I haven't used the app much yet so I can't rate it but it's great for me that it reports the end of the wash so you don't have to watch if you've already washed.
