The headband is not fixed to the headband, but is "slip-on". It has to be put on the head very carefully and there is a risk of it falling out. It is practically impossible to put it on your head with one hand without the headband falling out. It can be used only after you have used it at home a little bit (taping it over with gaffa tape worked well for me). The switch doesn't work on every press, but it's the kind that can get accidentally snapped in your pocket.
