The function keys should work when you press the Fn key at the same time, but they work exactly backwards. In order to type characters e.g. "uiop", I have to hold Fn while doing so, otherwise it will type "456-". On the other hand, the F1-12 keys work correctly and the secondary functions (volume control, PrintScr, etc. ) only work when Fn is held, as it should. It is very impractical to type characters normally on half the keyboard and with Fn on the other half. Complaint settled by credit note.
