Ergonomics - the grip is very comfortable.
The mouse is very small. As someone with larger hands, it was hard for me to keep my fingers on the buttons.
The mouse is not the most accurate. Even with my game pad, the cursor would occasionally "jump" to the other side of the screen on its own.
