The backlighting is so crappy even at 100% that you have to be practically directly above the keyboard, otherwise the number and F keys are unreadable. The macro key settings of the G1-5 do not work even after a detailed study of the downloaded manual (there is nothing for the keyboard, you have to find everything on the manufacturer's stands). After all, the instructions are disastrously brief. The downloaded software is perhaps 15 years old, cumbersome, and the macro keys are not saved. The keys are quieter than mechanical keyboards, but tall. The body of the keyboard is God knows why high, perhaps more than an inch above the table top. So I'm saving it as a "just in case" backup and will start the search again. This keyboard is a waste of money.
I'm using it for the second month, it's a good keyboard for the price. comfortable even for a larger hand, maybe a little noisier but not much more than any other, so it's the same.
After a complaint of the first product due to non-function of some keys, the second one works without faults so far. However, I already have to deal with worn keys.
