I've always used very basic keyboards, so I was happy with this backlit one. But after a year, it stopped working. I see from other reviews that this is probably common. I don't even want to go somewhere for the few CZK to make a complaint. The year served well.

Basically, the only major complaint I have is the backlight, which is strong, but does not cover the entire area evenly. The top half, especially on the left side of the keyboard, is visibly dimmer. The strongest light is at the bottom left, in the middle and below the numeric section. I've seen 2 pieces of keyboard, they looked similar. The plastic of the frame is a bit spotty, the material from which the casting is made is not completely homogeneous. But due to the black colour and the glare of the backlight, it doesn't matter so much. The Num, Caps and Windows lights each glow differently, which is due to the placement of the sub LEDs, which do not exactly match the holes in the plastic, so the intensity of the light varies depending on the viewing angle. The workmanship is adequate for the price, it's probably hard to ask for something better in this price range, just a basic cheap keyboard. Functionally, it looks fine. The keys are easy to press, but at the same time there is no risk of accidental contact, the resistance is just right. The Enter key is a large, two-line key. Overall, I can recommend it, undemanding users will be satisfied.
