Considering the simplicity of the accessories such as the keyboard, one would expect that there is nothing to go wrong, but C-tech has done it. The keyboard is minorly unsuitable for gaming, the buttons often get stuck and the "space bar" has also been broken during use due to a very unfortunate way of attachment. The keyboard is sometimes unresponsive. Even though it tries to lure with a nice design everything changes if one looks at it closely. On the inside of the keys there are various pieces of plastic that break off over time and remain under the keys. There is a rather sharp edge where the bottom and top cover of the keyboard connect, which can be cut. The unfortunate choice of the LEDs indicating whether the capslock is on or whether the nuneric keyboard is on causes that the light can shine quite intensely into a person's eyes. Not suitable for gaming or anything that requires the use of a keyboard.

The keyboard had a serious hardware fault – the left Enter key was extremely oversensitive. Just touching the key, without actually pressing it, would activate it immediately. This made typing practically impossible. I've had great experiences with Alza for a long time and never had any issues with their returns; they've always been brilliant. Unfortunately, this is the first time my claim has been rejected. Alza handled the process through an authorised service centre, which clearly did a shoddy job, ignored the obvious technical defect, and denied the claim. I cannot recommend the product itself due to this fault, and I'm disappointed that in this instance the authorised service centre failed and Alza didn't stand up for me as a customer.
