The cheapest long stride trainer with automatic resistance adjustment on the market.
When unpacking, I found that the spoons had distinctive brown fingerprints on them, I preferred not to examine them too much and disinfected everything with alcohol.
There are unclear assembly illustrations in the instructions.
I was missing at least 4 corrugated washers in the package, the two that were there I used between the ski bars and the front post, but more were needed to secure the skis to the bike, as without them one ski knocks quite noticeably when I move. So I had to disassemble it again and reposition the pads.
My piece has a skew welded part that the front column mounts to, so the whole front is clearly rotated, it's a basic geometric parameter of the whole machine that affects not only how far you move your hands, but also the life of the plastic inserts in the joints.
All moving connections are solved by plastic insert and vaseline. The plastic inserts attaching the skids to the bike are pretty thin.
My piece only has the thread for the bolt in one of the skate to wheel mounts cut out to half the length needed, luckily the bolt is so soft that it accommodated the situation, plus the pliers bite into it nicely after the allen screw is pulled in.
One weld on this skid looks very suspicious almost a third of its length.
The control wheel on the panel has several clicks of dead running.
This is brutal Chinese crap that firstly the importer should not be importing at all, and secondly Alza should not be selling. Who will pay me for the lost money in shipping costs, compensate me for the additional hassle and expense I will have in returning or claiming?
