Alza is not able to meet the delivery time, happened several times when ordering dog kibble. If he can't do it, don't make promises. I always had to buy the pellets elsewhere. I won't be ordering them from Alza anymore.

It's strange that the kibble bought on Alza is different from the kibble bought in a pet shop (different size, different shape). I have asked the manufacturer if anything has changed, but unfortunately Brit is not responding.
