In earlier reviews I have registered the occasional complaint about burning and smell. Fortunately, the fears were not realized. My pregnant partner, who now has the sense of smell of a basset hound and will chase away any smell, stayed calmly in the kitchen the first time she used the machine and even survived the accidental baking of the last piece of toast. It was roasted for half an hour and there was no smell. Of course some burning is going on, but perfectly acceptable. And by the way, the toast not only didn't burn absolutely (whole wheat, ham, cheese), it didn't even burn, it didn't dry out. I took a bite, then ate it in peace: -) But maybe it was the pastry, it wasn't from an innovative line subsidized by the EU.

After breaking our old, ordinary toaster, we were looking for something bigger and more practical. We originally thought about a contact grill, but those are too big for us. In the end, we chose this toaster from Braun and it is an absolute blast!

Big surprise. After my 20 year old Eta 3in1 burned out, I've been looking for a replacement and comparing for almost a year. Well-rated toasters then looked like cheap semi-functional sh*t in the store. I stumbled across this toaster by chance and took a chance. And I can't praise him enough. Solid, sturdy, nothing squeaks, everything fits and works perfectly.

I've had a lot of toasters (cheaper ones), and hesitated for a long time to pay extra for something of higher quality. We make toast min. Twice a week, so I took a chance. Toast ready after about 4-5 minutes, cooked in a moment for the whole family. No surface incredibly crispy crust and still soft bread inside. Best toast I've ever had. I wouldn't believe (after all, it's just a heating coil under the stove) that a toaster can make such a difference. I don't regret a penny.
