I've been using my old 3020s for over 10 years, and it still works perfectly. Replacing the batteries is easy since it uses standard AA ones. I bought a new one because the trimmer started malfunctioning, but I couldn't find any spare parts. I was surprised to see that in the newer, even more expensive models, the trimmer is not built into the shaver. It's quite inconvenient to always carry a separate trimmer attachment, so the 3020s remains the best compact choice for me. I'm glad to see that the same model is still available on the market.
