Unreliable. We have a third piece at home and only one is working without any glitches so far. I had to return the last one right after I bought it. I described the defects, but the store employee didn't want a description. I hope someone's machine doesn't run like new without any glitches. The engine had no power, the revs were fluctuating. The previous one had a bad shaving head, it did not take longer hairs, even buying a new head did not reliably solve the problem. I'll have to look for another brand.
