It has absolutely met all expectations. I might have appreciated a head for a good shave, but that's simply not what the machine is designed for. But if it had such a head, it would be a truly all-in-one product (instead, the inability to shave smoothly is now compensated by the delivery of a razor). The machine could also come loaded, but that's really a detail.
