I don't know why, but it makes me sick to my stomach after I eat it. Maybe it's the turmeric, maybe it's the copper citrate. I take multiple supplements and nothing else has ever done it for me. I guess it's individual, but I can see from the reviews that I'm not the only one.
Unfortunately, I was also quite sick after taking this supplement, even though I did not take it on an empty stomach, but after a meal. Probably a higher dose of zinc, still in combination with copper, than it should be.
