It's probably my fault, I thought the cords were retractable and included a dryer cover to keep it from getting dirty, I understood that from the video. I don't know if the drainage arms are an advantage if they won't hold dust, pollen, tree leaves, I would turn them the other way around. For a woman, opening the dryer is a chore, it takes strength. Next time I would choose a dryer with a handle opening
