It does what it should. The green beam is clearly visible even during the day. Too bad I relied on the spirit level for so long (oddly enough, it turned out I was pretty accurate anyway), one is much more confident now. It has definitely made my work easier and faster.
It's not directly a negative - as I haven't seen it in any similar product. But having extra batteries on site is one of the things you don't think about. I wish manufacturers offered the option of using the device with an adapter.
