I want to share a very positive experience with a complaint I made about a Bosch MUM58259 kitchen machine, which I bought as a birthday present. Unfortunately, after unpacking the gift, we discovered that the plastic trim of the base was chipped. Since it was unpacked a while after the purchase, the service centre initially rejected the claim, stating that it was mechanical damage that occurred after delivery.
However, I didn't let myself be fobbed off, and after I disagreed, Alza's Customer Experience department got involved directly. The specialist reviewed the entire situation again with a human touch, and Alza's response was absolutely exemplary – they covered the repair costs entirely as a gesture of goodwill.
