After several years of operation, the bowl drive wheel broke. This is to be expected, but it bothers us that the (unauthorized) service has failed to fix this relatively trivial fault and we have to throw away an otherwise fully functioning device and buy a new one.

the BOSH mixer itself is good, as always
I like the added bowl, its dimensions are just right for the portion of dough that fits in my kitchen
the stand is broken, I understand how it should ideally work, but it doesn't. It's no substitute for a robot. A force that can just manage the dough cannot yet make the bowl spin. It's no substitute for a robot.
I'd return the whole thing, but the bowl comes in handy, and I'm too lazy to deal with it anymore, so I threw out the stand and kept the whisk bowl.
