We bought the fridge as a replacement for a 13 year old outgoing model. So I was pleased with the elegant design and really good cooling performance, the spacious drawers for meat and vegetables, which really work - the vegetables last a long time. The air circulation ensures that the refrigerator does not hold moisture. The operation is really quiet, only in complete silence is sometimes behind the rear insulation can be heard rustling (probably working material). The shelves are adjustable, but the small amount of striking makes other placement virtually meaningless. Instead of one shelf, there is a metal bottle holder, which could be flatter - this way there is too much space above the bottles and the shelf below is unnecessarily smaller. Eventually, however, one finds a use for all the spaces. What disappointed me, however, is the open door sensor - it doesn't actually detect an unopened door, but a glowing light. If the door remains open for about 3 cm when the light has gone out, the alarm will not be triggered. Unfortunately, this is exactly what I would need to keep an eye on - the door really tends to not open when the compartments are filled if one is not careful. Overall we are satisfied, although I would have expected a bit more "sophisticated" design in this price category. But I believe that this is balanced by economical operation and quality and the "boschka" will last at least as long as its predecessor. A final note - the first time I turned on the fridge, it set off the alarm until it was cold enough. The sound can be turned off, but the whole time (until it cooled down) the alert was on and I wasn't sure if there was anything wrong with it.
