There are no instructions available for converting the bottom drawer. In the end, everything worked out, although I was a bit worried that a piece of plastic might break off somewhere. But the result is great and the drawers slide out smoothly. As for noise levels, we spent a long time looking for a suitable replacement for our old Gorenje fridge, which had been situated in the kitchenette adjoining the living room.
