The LED is really into the count here: it's weak, too purple and too spotty. It's just not much help in the dark. It's probably because it's the old "hat" type. Try to think a little economically and ecologically: ) I noticed that you can get a quick-release adapter for the auto valve online that should screw onto this hose. I'm considering it, but I don't know how it will work. I would have liked the ability to unscrew the pump hose for better storage, but I don't know if that would decrease reliability over time. The pump comes with a canvas bag, which fits the pump and the hose just fine, good for travel.

Very nice and well made pump. I don't mind that the hose is not removable, it can be easily bent and fixed in the loop in the pump, the hose thus forms an arc and does not break. Some say it's noisy, but normally compressors make more noise. It takes a while to inflate the wheel tube, but given the size of the device this is probably normal, plus you can set a target pressure on the pump, start it and walk away, it will turn itself off.
