I reached for this brand because their tools are top notch and my disappointment was all the greater. The vacuum cleaner has a perpetual problem with clogging of the nozzle in the spotting nozzle, even though I still filter the water from the line. This is the second time in a few months I will be claiming for a malfunctioning pump. Even with very careful handling, the plastic fasteners break. Last but not least is the service and "care" for the customer, because during the first complaint this was not acknowledged. The reason for the vacuum cleaner in the description intended for animal hair was just the presence of hair. Plus ALZA made a fool out of me because their unqualified service department said it was caused by poor maintenance. I do not recommend the product or the store.

While brushing a 2x3m carpet I have to clean the nozzle in the brushing nozzle several times. This is the second time I've had a problem with the pump.

Maximum satisfaction, great vacuum cleaner, perfect performance, unfortunately, the volume goes hand in hand with the performance - I can not listen to the podcast. After brushing, I throw everything in the tub, rinse it off, and I'm done. It has accessories for everything I could possibly need. The only thing that could be done better is squeezing the water while beating, it seems too stiff to me. I would not be afraid to recommend the vacuum cleaner further.

The vacuum cleaner offers dry and wet vacuuming. The performance for dry vacuuming is, however, trisect.
Wet is just about usable.
The hose falls out of the vacuum cleaner (it's only one turn and it's easy to accidentally loosen it when moving)
Generally speaking, even at maximum power it falls short of the old ETY vacuum cleaner with 900W - which is almost strange.
