We were thrilled with the vacuum cleaner. It vacuums perfectly, the light illuminates the floor beautifully and the dirt is easy to see. The problem occurred after 3 months of use, when the plastic edge of the dust container broke off and unfortunately it no longer held the vacuum cleaner in one piece, but after removing it from the "stick" version it broke into two pieces. On two vacuum cleaners this happened to us independently after 2-3 months of use. Unfortunately not acknowledged in the complaint although it is from our point of view an unfortunate design solution that leads to breakage of the material. So in the end you have to settle for using just the rod version, or use carpet tape to glue it together, or buy a spare part for 500Kč.

For the first time in my life I am not satisfied with a Bosch product. Material, resp. the used plastics do not fit, they squeak, the box for the slotted nozzle does not hold, the button mechanisms for connecting the individual parts are weak, the plastic mechanism for putting the vacuum cleaner in the charging position makes horrible sounds when clicked. I'm concerned about how long the vacuum cleaner housing will hold together.
It's not a swap, but we'll see.
