With sweaters, I find that they get overwhelmed quite quickly and the performance drops, so I'm always emptying the lint container and having to clean it frequently, which takes a lot of time. I'm sure you can conjure up a "like new" sweater with it, but it takes a lot of work. If you only need it for a few pieces of clothing then ok, but if you have a bit more sweaters then I think it's worth thinking about a more powerful de-wrinkler.
