Despite setting up the product exactly according to directions and making sure the blade piece was fully tightened in place, all my food spilled out of the bottom when I removed the cup from the motor and the blade piece fell out, wet food immediately damaged electrical base.
blade piece does not sit securely in the bottom of the cup
