Easy to assemble, no screwdriver needed, attaches with rubber strap.
So far it lights up without changing batteries, the positive is definitely the battery life.
The button for switching the light on and off is also used for switching modes (dimmer, flashing), so you need to press it 3 times to turn the light off.
