I strongly advise against it. The design of the bottle seems to be secondary, then after the first two sips you find that the cap seals in such a way that it splits in two, with one remaining in the bottle thread. I completely failed to understand why the cap is designed and assembled in two parts, and in such a way that it can separate spontaneously - (lack of) no internal thread, no bayonet, no snap lock, just a simple wrought iron manufacturing "push" or some kind of glue. Under pressure in the hot bottle, a part of the unfixed cap with the seal has settled in the thread so that the upper part can be unscrewed, the lower part can be pushed into the bottle - see photo. I went on the Net to find out more info about the product and Lo and behold! The original web address redirects you to a new one, where you won't find a word about the bottle you bought, not even as a spare parts option - although they boast about providing them for a long time. Yep, you'll also read there how amazingly green and generally helpful they are, and they do it all for you, wonder not for free - including the vaunted long term spare parts support. Conclusion: nothing from them ever again, when they can't use support on the item they are currently selling, they will simply pretend it never existed. Fortunately, Alza was selling it at a price where I don't need to get so angry, so I'll still consider whether I'm going to claim it or just glue it together and keep using it, knowing that when the gasket that can't be bought for it now anyway rotted, I'll just throw it into the nettles.
