I am only evaluating the misconduct of the external contractor. The wrapping was inadequately secured for parcel transport, the goods were delivered in an envelope with a single layer of bubble wrap and arrived broken.
A little shorter pricking tip compared to the height of the digit, the number tended to be reversed and so it depends a lot on the sufficient density of the surface you are pricking it into.
