You need to be realistic. You're not Arnold Schwarzenegger and physics is physics. I needed to pump concrete into door frames. It's just not meant for that. With a plasticiser and a drop more water, it was a real struggle. You can't add more water, otherwise the concrete will crack.
If someone's pumping cement slurry, then it'll probably work for that.
