It looks like it measures accurately, but you have to keep checking to see if the temperature is already moving and manage to read it before shutting down
It beeps when it's primed, but it also shuts off immediately, so you can't read the temperature
It doesn't have a memory for the last temperature reading, which I knew, but combined with the immediate shutdown after the finish, it makes it a pretty bad thermometer to use

At least for normal measurement quite sufficient.
The differences between successive measurements are small. There is a good chance that it reaches the promised accuracy of 0.05°C
