Massage pad purchased for family. We mainly use back massage. Can be well and easily adjusted for lower, upper or total back massage. The massage elements move around the spine. Unfortunately, the range could be longer. In the lower part, the massage could go a little lower, as well as in the upper part higher. Solved by transferring to a hard and soft chair. With a hard one you get a better massage of the lower part and vice versa. Neck massage is weak. At the beginning, the setting for 5 min was enough. we'll now last 15 minutes. The intensity setting is only possible for the thigh and hip massage. This is done by inflating the built-in compressor and we are quite embarrassed by it. We don't use it much. Overall, we are satisfied.
Notice: The manufacturer provides a 3 year warranty worldwide, but if you purchase on Alza with the 3 year extended warranty, you only get a total of 5 years because Alza lists a 2 year product warranty. So when you buy 3 years on Alza, you only get 2 extra years. Scamming the customer.
