Operation is simple, battery life is long. I recommend reading the instructions thoroughly, at least the part about how not to use it and where not to place the electrodes.
The only downside is probably the expensive replacement gel pads. It gets quite expensive with daily use.

a great thing to relieve back pain - in 3 days unblocks the muscles, the change is felt after the first use
I definitely recommend it, it is a small miracle and the price is not so high e.g. if you compare it to an hour at the physiotherapist's or your daily wage
there is only 1 set of pillows in the package
more like details you need to be aware of: it's hard to glue on the back (there's nothing you can do about it)

It fulfills everything the manufacturer promises and I am very satisfied with its use so far
Despite the negatives I recommend the product.
The only thing I fault the manufacturer for is the insulation of the wires to the electrodes. The plastic used is hard even at room temperature. That's unpleasant.
