The device is easy to stick, but it has to be used quite often (every half hour, hour) to have at least some effect. Even at the highest intensity I did not notice a reduction in pain, perhaps it is more suitable for milder pain (but then I see no reason to buy and get more stickers). After half a year I don't use it anymore and I wouldn't buy it again. Too bad, I really liked the idea.
