The manufacturer states that it is necessary to wash in hot water for at least 3 minutes before use, but even after several long washes the smell did not stop, only after several hours when we left it on the hob to heat up the smell slowly disappeared. I considered a lot whether to advertise it, but in the end the smell disappeared and it is usable, but the manufacturer's declared 3 minutes of rinsing is definitely not enough.
