The wheel that moves during washing should be separate from the basket and work independently. However, the cup is screwed on in the washing machine, after unscrewing the cup, the bottom wheel is still part of the cup and cannot be separated. This task should be simple, but I need instructions on how to do it. I don't want to damage it. I really don't understand how, in this day and age where every product must come with an instruction manual, this washing machine comes without one. This is a big disappointment for me and I will probably return the product.
