The result was always similar: the drum is structurally full of folds and hidden places where litter and cat urine stick. If you take it all to the shower or bath, prepare to lose at least 20 minutes of your life. Even after thorough washing with disinfectants and hectolitres of water, the light "eau de piss" is still present. Not much. Just enough to remind you that you should never have had so many cats. This is followed by drum drying, refilling and another bonus level: unless you are using extremely absorbent bedding, urine will regularly appear in the base station under the drum because the inner tub does not leak 100%. And when the cats are having a creative period, they manage to get urine on the outside of the drum as well. Summary? If you have someone at home who will clean the equipment for you, I can recommend it. It's modern, smart and the cats are happy. But if you are the main service technician, the classic toilet suddenly starts to look like the pinnacle of simplicity and peace. Plus, by shoveling in a classic box and litter, you'll be able to make a little zen garden to calm yourself.

But we have two cats at home, so it became more of an experiment than a helper. As soon as one goes in and the toilet starts to rotate and twinkle like a Christmas tree after she leaves, the other sits outside and is completely fascinated. She starts poking the touchpad with her paw as if to enter a PIN code, and of course it switches and stops at various times. Sometimes he times it perfectly viciously at the exact moment when the first one isn't quite done, so we have live sabotage at home. Other times, they treat it as a joint entertainment, both sitting there, taking turns pressing buttons and watching it turn as if they were watching TV. And the best part is when they sit in a row, calm, patient, and it looks exactly like a queue for a public toilet. Except that one of them broke it all up a while ago and is obviously happy about it.
