1st complaint - fan in the freezer, 2nd complaint - air in the compressor and a rattling tube, 3rd complaint - poor pressure equalisation in the cooling circuit. Similar faults are already appearing in the newly delivered fridge (it will most likely be the fan and the rattling tube again).
