I needed the bed for a sublet as a cheap alternative, so for the price it is fully functional, but the quality of the wood is terrible. Most pieces have black rotting spots. The bed is made in China, so I have no idea how the support for exchanging pieces would work at all. The slats were too long and it was a problem to fit 2 side by side. If I were buying it for my own apartment it would go on claim immediately, but I can't sleep on the floor.
