I don't have a B. Box and I bought it just to cool the wound. It's nice that they give you a cloth wrapper, so that when you take it out of the freezer, it doesn't get frost on the cooling insert like it does with classic inserts. Except the cover, I don't know why, but it has a weird in-between size. When the liner is unfolded, it does not fit in there and when folded in half it floats freely.
